The founders of Clipstar wanted to see talent recognised and rewarded, in whatever form it exists. In order to ensure that this happens they chose to empower the Clipstar community itself to decide who and what was (and wasn’t) talented by providing an open and honest platform for everyone who wants to reach for the stars.
By creating a uniquely democratic global community of individuals and providing each of them with the power to vote and distribute the rewards, they created the World’s first Financially Competitive Clip Community (FCCC). The FCCC is a step change from the social networking websites, taking the very best of community tools and combining them with member rewards that are awarded by the community members themselves.
As significant as the competition remains to Clipstar, the founders saw this as just the first stage of rewards that the Clipstar community members would benefit from.
