Updated Textual Review:

We have had it a few months now.  One of my kids seems to like it a lot.  The other is less thrilled with it.  I think they liked being able to go off road with the Barbie and Gator vehicles (gator sucked btw - reverse broke in about a week)

WHEELS
The one that rides it a lot, still enjoys it and has worn down the wheels quite a bit.  It seems to be the left rear wheel that suffers the most wear and we are trying to get around to rotating the tires (just lack of time)  It looks like you can just use a regular socket set to remove / replace.  Razor does offer replacement tires online.

Razor Contact
We emailed Razor about our review and steering problem and did not hear back from them.  We did not push the steering issue yet with phone calls because it  has yet to worsen.

Battery
It is slowly getting a shorter life just after a few weeks of use.  I was able to buzz around for a few circuits of our driveway before it would die, now I get about two and can barely make to small grade back to garage.  It still lasts about 30 mins on a full charge with our 40 lbs kids.  I am not too hostile about this because of it's price and it has yet to fully die.  It is nice to have the plug built into the unit but bad because it does not make battery replacement that easy.

Overall Current Update:
Still please with our $200 investment.  A friend of the family came over with their twelve year old boy and he tested the brake by going down our very steep driveway.  He didn't die, which is good but it take a toll on the brakes.  I guess he didn't understand what I saying when I said DO NOT GO DOWN THE HILL.   We have a steep driveway (you can see it below in NADBST video)  point is, it does not do well on steep grades; up or down.
