Area to showcase exerises videos that can be done in hotel rooms.
Kevin Carney here with MovieDemo.com/GameDemo.com. I am also an Airline Captain and spend a lot of time on the road and in hotel rooms. Usually, my time is limited; land, sleep, takeoff kind of thing. If I do have any layover time, I am usually working on the sites so I have more time with family when I am home. Those of you in the know… this makes me somewhat of a “Slam-Clicker”. I am bit of germ a phoebe, the thoughts of going to the hotel gym and lathering up in someone’s sweat isn’t high on my fun list.
So I wanted to create an area that shows workout routines that could be done while in the hotel room.
My requirements are:
Must be able to perform the routine in a hotel room.
It must be to the point – no 10 minutes talk.
It can have ads but not to the point of Ad nauseam.
